I recently purchased this rifle and am curious about it's value. It is Russian made and stamped 1945 with hammer and sicle symbol on reciever. Matching serial #'s PZ3081, except on bolt # 9071. It has a folding bayonette and is in good condition. The bore is clean and rifling is good. Shoots well also. Does this rifle have historical value or just a nice addition to my amature collection?

M44 stopped being imported a few years ago. Making them of more value than the others. There is far more info to cover in one thread.
