Benelli Nova won't feed

Benelli Nova won't feed

I have a new in the box Benelli Nova 20 gauge pump that will not feed ammo from the magazine. The carrier seems to be sticking up and either not allowing the shell to exit the magazine or dumping the shell out the bottom of the gun. Benelli Tech support was NO HELP! Any suggestions?

check the lineup of the carrier, it should be perfectly aligned with the tube when in the lower position and perfectly lined up with the barrel in upper position. if thats good, slowly pump the action and watch the carrier, see if it gets stuck ect. lube it up and try again. if that fails return it lol
